The painting is pretty rough, and even sloppy in places (her weapon hand, around her belt). Good colour choices though, and giving her a dog was a good idea. (give the dog some eyes though, unless she's his seeing-eye person!)
nice work mate, if you use a black wash over the metals it will help it look more natural. also, try using a dark brown for the (black) lineing instead of black as it blends into the model better. welcome to cmon mate.
