GW Warhammer Orc Warboss On Wyvern Conversion

Here's a few closer shots of my GW Orc Warboss On Wyvern I entered in the 2006 Baltimore Golden Demon Fantasy Large or Group Category. This one didn't make it through the 1st cut. I'll have to work harder next time. This was my first GD and I made 1st cut in 6 categories. Had a lot of fun and hope to enter again next year. Thanks in advance for taking a look and for any comments you might have.

Looks very good up close. I think your metallics are the only real area of improvement. Tough to do but try to get a bit more highlighting on the metal without ruining you rusty effect.

Morgrim- Nah, this guy didn't make the cut because the ones that did were far and away better. This category probably had the most entries because they were Groups and Large models combined. The winners were fantastic pieces and well deserved. I agree this guy is a little on the rough side, style-wise. Means I'll have to try harder next time. Thanks!
