the transitions are supposed to look a bit high contrast like that.......like shiny plastics. see the knee pads? top very light and bottoms sorta darker......the psychoplastics or whatever they are called......the loin cloth, however, does look like crap. i tried so hard on that darn thing but the sculpt just wasnt having it......
