Not bad, I like the color choice.
The green thing on the base should be removed though in my opinion it distracts to much from the mini which is mostly in very disaturated colors. Blends could be a bit smoother too, try thining your paint and doing more layers. Especially on the horns where it relly shows.
Oh and the wings look really nice. Cheers.
