I think she camne out pretty good. I am still practicing the metal effects and how to make it more real looking. Exspecially with weapons and stuff... But I'll just keep practicing!
I love the colours you chose, the purplish hair and turquoise work really nicely together. The skin looks quite well done, although it's hard to tell precisely on these smaller pictures. I hope you're having fun with painting, and look forward to your future work!
When working with metal areas, washes (aka inks) are very helpful. Brown, black, or both mixed together are just most common, but other are good too. Oh, did I mention they are really easy to use? :D
