High Elf Seaguard Bolt Thrower

Once again, next bolt thrower. the same level as previous, tabletop painting for Lothern Seaguard army. I have painted this feather on the shield in about 10 minutes, cause I have in mind one picture made by Matt Cexwish - thanks again for inspiration. I will be preciate for any comments. P.S. If you really want rate it 1 again and again, then please write why do you do so or what is wrong?
