You have the right idea with the blue dress but your paints are very thick and the mini looks "blobby" as a result. The gun metal is very flat and dark as well, and your black lining needs to be neater and preferably not actually black when used on flesh. For instance see the bust - a light colored fabric would not produce such a dark boundary shadow against pale skin.
