A 2.9 score is very very harsh. Fair play to you for having the guts to have a go at scratch sculpting (something I bet many who voted a 2 score wouldn't have the balls to try...) The scale and shape looks good but could really use some detail. Stick with it and best of luck!
His right hand is a left hand... surely if you're SCULPTING the model you could avoid this difficulty? The rat's base is completely exposed and ugly... his right arm is connected to his entire torso... Eh, let's just say you need practice and leave it at that; sorry.
You have a left hand on a right arm. You need to smooth the green stuff more and take a bit more care with how you blend the parts together. For instance make sleeve to connect arm to body. Thier is no face on this guy either.
Keep trying its hard sculpting the first few times.
