slight conversion I did on one of the plastic orks. changed the hands, made a shoulderpad from dead "canned humies" (=space marines), and made a base that would make him tower over all the weaker orks :-)

actually the banner IS hand-painted. I stuck it together from pieces of plasticard so it would look like sheets of metal riveted together. it probably could've used some more wear & tear tho.

Dont like the back banner looks like you printed it out. The rest is excellent the base is fantastic.
