you should take more care in the transitions.. more subtle.. another point you shopuld improe is the light..you have the same light in all teh mini and that is not correct..the light comes from the top so.. the head should have more light than the pants for example.. in the case of the flesh you need more light in some points.
the overall look is good , but you should make the details more fineesse.
