Hiya, my first mini posted on this site! I'm hoping to enter the UK Golden demon competition this year, and If I want to play with the big boys I would appreciate the big boys comments and tips! Hope you like my models, and I hope they don't look too out of place next to some of the works of art on here. Thanks for looking!

I'm going for an 8 on this as I've gone through all your pics and i recon it's really the camera work thats letting it down. Obviously not your fault, seeing as we don't all have photo studios and fancy kit =) Keep practacing tho and i'm sure you'll be batting with the big boys really soon!

Very nice work, I really like the wings on the hammer. Your shading and highlighting looks nice and smooth. I would work on bringing out the detail a bit more. Try to make your shading darker and your highlights brighter. It is hard to do, I am learning to do this at the moment. when you photograph it helps to have a nice strong contrast.
