Although basically this is a table top level paint job, a few details are bringing your rate down. The most obvious is the eye. Try to make the pupil bigger to avoid the "staring" look. Next, although the zebra motif is a good idea, you need to thin your paints and apply more highlights. The skin and gloves could also use more highlights and contrast.
