The thought is there, I think perhaps you just need to take a bit more time and think your conversions through before you rearrange them.

Ehh, I've seen worse. You may have missed (most of) the mold lines but at least you bothered to drybrush the tassel and chest emblem, and actually made the effort to convert the left arm.
