Flamer

Green stuff flames on shoulder pads, backpack, leg armour and coming out of gun. Unfinished paintjob, don't have enough skill yet to do it justice.

Keybone means ACRYLIC paint. Try Vallejo Game Colour paints they are cheaper than GW and a hell of a lot better than Reaper. The Vallejo Game Colour paints are also designed for gaming. So they don't rub off as easily. The names are similar to GW so you can match Vallejo Game Colours to the GW colours you might have.This is a great idea. Also add some kind of flame effect to the flame coming out of the flamer. It does look like bubble gum. Let me know when you repost this. I would love to see it.

I love the flame effect of the green stuff on the gun and the marine. I could totaly see an entire veterain squad decked out like this. Verry cool conversion. As for the paint job, I would suggest using accrilics and several differnt shades of red, orange, and yellow. Citidel paints and Reaper paints seem to work the best. Then start with a Yellow base, then dry brush yellow, the flick red over the top. Hope that helps.
