Eldar Ranger Companions
My craftwrold has alot of rangers, not because they are outcasts, but because their culture requires them to embark upon a journey to signal the end of their youth.
the younger eldar call it the journey, because they see the galaxy, explore, and are not constrained by their elders.
the older eldar call it the seeing, because it reinforces the young eldars ideas, subtly, of their own superiority.
not only do their returning eldar come home, feeling more bonded with their brethern, they bring back information, technology ect ect.....
these dogs are given to those leaving as protection, as well as communication between other traveling rangers, ammo depot, gear ect...
