Eldar Vyper

This too me forrrrever. BUT i learned a couple of things........

If you are going to prime, essp. in louisiana or somewhere hot and muggy.....DO IT INSIDE. do it in a box, or in the utility room, but dont do it outside or it will looked like a christmas tree that has been flocked.

Also, even if you think it would be cool to use some testors enamel to base the model (because they have all these awesome color sprays) DONT DONT!!! Why, because paint hates testors enamel.....bad. it pools up and wont hold the color and chip...bad

also, if you are a beginer like me, get a anti drying medium at the art store if you want to blend large flat spaces, because if you dont, you. will. kill. yourself. Its really awful, but it got alot easier with the medium (still hard).

also try and paint as much as possible in pieces, it is alot easier........just sayin. And pin as much as you can, because the missle is begging to fall off (it wont, until i finally get around to playing). good luck....... be nice.....

Fantastic highlighting as for my opinion, Im actually working on eldar jetbike so I know how hard its to blend those large surfaces, and in this piece the light is terrifc. Well executed mini.

bad angle, but his jacket is like a tanish white, mouth piece is wraithbone, and he has beady little red eyes.....what is REALLY sad is tha the pilot has a grid screen and a targeter, however, you are unable to see it because i had to glue the stupid canopy shut to keep it flush with the hull........

Well considering all the mishaps, it turned out very well. Personally I would have put a little more colour on the guardian he is somewhat lost on the back, but at least he is going to be hard to spot and shoot :) Good work mate.
