Cell Entertainment Techno Demon on Sculpted base

OK- This is a very neat figure, which was certainly no party to put together!! It took 4 1/2 hours just to file it, pin it, glue it, and green stuff it. Brutal. That being said, this is an interesting (and early Werner Klocke) sculpt done for a now defunct game and company. I did massive amounts of experimentation with everything from metals, skin tones and robes. For instance, the robes began with a mix of elven green and ash grey, which was then lightened with rotting flesh. I used a slate grey base for the fleshtones, and aslo lightened it with rotting flesh. I had hoped to create a ghostly effect, and it seemed to really do the job :-) For the metals, I had seen some interesting colors for dark metals in a Brom art book. It inspired me to start my metals with snakebite leather, glazing walnut and black to darken it. I then started to mix in slate, eventually mixing in ice blue to lighten, and then white. Again, another wild effec, which I hope to do on some other minis soon. There are a few more views posted in the discuss submissions area.

cool paintjob. Sorry to disapoint though, it is not a Werner sculpt. It was designed by me in colab with J Egerkrans and sculpted and cast by me. Nice to see you found a use for it!
