the weapons could do with a bit of work, they look very basic, if you're going for the flame effect then try mixing the colours a bit better, keep both colours wet at the same time to do some good blending. overall it looks pretty damn cool though
Same comment I left for the other ogre you posted. You need highlights especially on the skin. I suggest you mix up the base a bit as well, solid static grass doesn't look very good.
