Dark Age Dragyri Death's Device
This big guy was yet another extreme challenge :-) I have to say, for such a large 'creature' type figure, it is very elegant in its appearance. Normally you would not see that in what amounts to a large monster. It is a great pose, and loads of character to boot! ;-) He's part of the Dragyri Ice Caste. The 'Trueborns', as they are called, are large creatures dedicated to the pursit of honor through close combat (they shun any kind of ranged weapons. They won't even fight an opponent who they feel is not worthy of them, leaving them to battle their much smaller slaves. The Death's Device carries a massive glowing crystal sword, at which he has dedicated his entire life to master. He causes more damage than nearly every other unit in the Dragyri force. He is mounted on one of my usual sculpey bases.
