I´m painting my alpha legions like GW´s, dark purple with green highlights, but i´m not making them look like alpha legion, TBH... i´ve painted alpha legion for 6 months... and BTW, this mini is a try for blending!
If these pics are better the others must be bad. Having said this, a mini should not be judged by the photography. The bolter doesn't look like its attached to the gun arm properly but other than this it looks quite good.
Alpha legion??? when i saw the picture i thought "hey, death guard painter" but then i saw that he wasnt rotten, and it said alpha legion marine. There are some very nice fadings on this piece. it looks good. but it is not very "alpha legion like".
