Scratch-built from bits out of the plastic bloodclaws sprue, + some misc. bits and bobs. The writing on the base reads 'Hrun Ironbreaker'.

Overall a nice conversion, though the head seems a bit small, and the black lines must be thinner. However, the runes on the base, or rather, the part visible in the pic, actually read "Hr** Irng*br*" - because the third and forth rune of the first word are not existing in the Futhark, and the third rune in the second word is read "ng", while the fourth, as in the first word, doesn't exist. Try searching the net for Futhark runes - you will find all of them there, so you can construct runic names.

What wrong with his head....? The outlining looks pretty good.

well, the only thing I really say from the photo is that the black lines could be a lot more subtle...good pose though.
