Nazgûl Mithril miniature (Lord of the rings). I've past several time on this painting, and trust me it's hard to paint lighting effects on dark clothes !!! The base is painted as black marble but I'm not sure you can see it on this picture. Even if my picture don't show all details of this mini, I hope you'll enjoy.

This is the way I think black should be painted. Great job. I'm really tired of seeing flat black with just a narrow highlight on the creases and high points. The base seems a bit disproportionate though. I'd rather just see the rocks, maybe with an inset on the rocks saying Nazgul if you wanted. Plus the use of dead space on the left doesn't quite work when your eye is drawn between the writing and the figure.
