Ok, this is the guy that started the whole samurai dwarves idea. The mini looked cool to me and I had a vision of him as a samurai-after a simple conversion this is how he looks. However the other samurais are even more complicated, but you'll have to wait till I paint them too:P I didn't have time to edit the pics, so if you feel like it look a bit around my gallery an you'll find other angles of this model and other samurais as well:)

Nice paint job. I like the conversion quite a bit. I think you could make the sword blade longer to balance it against the size of the hilt. It looks unbalanced to me. That's just a nitpick though. Good work!
