Irix the Sybil on sculpted base

This would probably have been easier to paint if I had done the fur in greys or brown instead of white :-) For many hours, the mini didn't look like much until I started working on the other elements, such as the leather, metal, etc. I have been on a patina/copper tirade for a few weeks now, as you may have noticed. That happens to me for some reason. I guess I just get into a groove on a particular type of NMM.

I'm not a huge fan of this particular figure. Some aspects work exceptionally well for me while others jar. That said this is probably the best paintjob I have see on this figure. A very unusual choice of colour scheme which makes the figure very striking. I'm glad you did the fur in white rather than grey or brown. It was definitely worth the extra effort.
