Tried to make him a bit more natural and weathered than the almost transparent/weird style Rackham is doing on their Elves.

wow, this is a beautiful mini!! i like everything, his armor, the cloth, the freehand, the weapons, and also the simple but good looking base.
i think your paintjob is much better than the rackham one ... and i love rackham's style of paint ;)
