Blood Ravens Librarian WIP

I'm thinking about scrapping the raven on the chest for just a big circular gem. I went minimalist on the "psychic hood" jazz... just cables coming from the helmet. I will also base him on a piece of cork or something once conversion is done. Comments welcome and greatly appreciated.

A well executed conversion, little details the horns on the standard skull and the hand that looks like he is casting make it great! Good job!
