I think a clearer pic would help. Conversion not to bad, but painting is kinda flat...

it is a Shaman conversion, using the Skull banner top from the Orc Command Sprue as a head, and the drumsticks from the Musician arms for a staff. The right arm's from an Arrer Boy. Pic quality could be better, yes... :-(

flim
mmh, drybrushing or highlighting the model makes it look much better. It looks flat and dull without it.
