The pics are a bit blurry, but from what I see the mini looks nice. Especially the face seems well done, it's a shame I can't see it properly. I also like the armour and metal parts. You should improve, though, your clothes painting. The cloak is basically two-stage-highlighted, which makes it look flat. Check Arjay's gallery for perfect cloak blending examples. My advice: start from a very dark mix of colour 50%/50% of black and green and highlight it by adding small amounts of yellow and white (mayby a bit of green for your first mix). You should do at least 5-6 layers for a good effect. Overall a 7. Bohun
I like the base. The model itself is pretty good also. Some more shading and some more highlights on the cape would ake this an 8. Keep up your good work. :)
