Sweet work. I particularly love the way you've captured the highlights on the green of his robe/tabbard. And the bell in his hand is great. The only thing close to criticism I can come up with off the top of my head is the shaft for the back banner looking a bit too light. It kind of seems to blend right into the metal above it.
