Maitre Vampire

One of the minis I entered into Nathan's "Rotten Harvest" competition. It's the one I like the best, eventhough I did make a habit out of not liking my paintjobs ;) Painting the teeth was especially hard, as they are so tiny - check out the front teeth and then remember that his torso is smaller than my thumbnail... I took a lot of time and even more cursing until they were done ;) They are also highlighted, but I have a feeling I could have gone away without doing it... it's not visible anyway. Personally, I have to say that I like the book most. It came out exactly as I wanted it to, which is a real novum in my painting career ;) Also, the belt buckle is one piece of NMM that actually looks like metal, so that lifts my spirits a little too :D Comments are welcome ;)

you under credit yourself; i think it came out really well. smooth on a rough sculpt is hard to do. for the nmm (i am no master of that technique) id say "more contrast."
