Armorcast Eldar Revenant Titan

Titans in Warhammer 40K... Ah, those were the days. Forge World was not established, and the only source for 40K Titans was an American company named Armorcast. Don’t get me wrong, I like the stuff that Forge World is doing a lot, but the Armorcast resin castings had a certain, low level rustic charm. It was quite difficult to get there stuff here in Europe, but fortunately I was some times in the States for vacation. I still remember the time when I bought Titans for more then 1.000,00 $ for me an some friends back in Germany at Enterprise 1701 in Orlando. The Revenant was my second Armorcast Titan that I painted. Quality airbrush job. The Eldar Runes in gold were areal pain. Just a lot of masking... The whole kit is sealed and protected under several coats of highly glossy varnish. I am toying with idea of selling the mini. Make sure to check my website over the following weekends. :-)

I just noticed the companion to the Warhound. Nice. All the metal effects are really coming to life on such a big scale. The perfect glossy varnish is also very fitting to the Eldar. Send us more pics...
