Good, solid, above-average paintjob. The freehand on the base, the face, all very good, deserving of a 7 or better. But on this mini, with the rather blocky highlights, I'll chop it down a peg. Now, I must say this: you're the first I've seen to make Legolas look like Bloom. Good work. Paint a better sculpted line. 6 for the body, 7 for the face and base.
Waa.. this mini is...strange. The skin look really good, but the cloak and the greens just don't get to that standard. Just repaint the cloak and you've got yourself a higher rating... I like him though :)
