Fayarin
The banner looks nice, but the rest of the mini looks a bid less neat. The metals look like they can use an extra wash or rust effect.

Dunkpork
The paint on the miniature looks very rough. Are you thinning your paints enough? If you're using Citadel paints you want 1 part water, 1 part paint. Good use of color, shading, highlighting, and freehand.
