Hi, this is not only my first posting on CMON but my first attempt at painting so please be gentle! Overall I have to say that I'm quite pleased with the results, I know there are things that could be done a lot better and hopefully in a year or so I'll get as good as some of you guys! Comments and suggestions welcome. Karen :-)

I've rated this an 8 because of the sheer effort you must have put into this piece of work, if you had been painting a year I might rate this a 5 or 6. Keep painting, learning and improving, you'll be getting 9's and 10's very soon I'm sure.

everything you are doing right except one thing.....you must have to gotta thin the paint.... look it up and see how other people thin there paint (ie add water to your pallete). you will rule then
